Abstract:Objective The monitoring and nursing intervention methods of nosocomial infection in intensive care unit(ICU)were analyzed.Methods A total of 98 cases of ICU admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and by random digital table divided into the control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was received comprehensive nursing.The clinical nursing status of the two groups,including the infection rate of patients and nursing quality score,were compared and analyzed.Results The infection rate of patients in the observation group (8.16%)was lower than that in the control group(32.65%).The scores of basic nursing([18.06±0.38]scores,professional skills[17.53±0.57]scores,service attitude[18.90±0.46]scores,comprehensive service [18.13±0.58]scores)were significantly higher than those of control group([13.54±0.73]scores,[12.37±0.60]scores,[12.08±0.31]scores,[12.03±0.56]scores,[12.67±0.47]scores),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The probability of infection in the patients in the ICU is higher,and comprehensive nursing intervention should be given according to the actual situation of the patients.In order to prevent or reduce the incidence of infection,the clinical nursing effect is better.
