Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the role of systematic nursing intervention in reducing adverse reactions of intravenous infusion and improving nursing satisfaction.Methods247 patients in our hospital emergency department with intravenous infusion from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected, and were divided into experimental group (n=134)and control group(n=113)according to the random control grouping method. The two groups were given systematic nursing intervention and traditional nursing intervention mode respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared.ResultsThe incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionSystematic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of emergency intravenous infusion, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
