Abstract:Objective To investigate and contrast the effect of systematic risk management and traditional model of nursing in pediatric intravenous infusion.Methods Sixty child patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to difference nursing methods,they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).In the control group,patients were adopted the traditional model of nursing.In the observation group,patients were adopted the systematic risk management on the base of conventional nursing.The incidence of adverse events and risk events and satisfaction of nursing were statistically analyzed between two groups.Results The incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of adverse events and risk events can be effectively reduced by adopting the systematic risk management in pediatric intravenous infusion.At the same time,it significantly improve the family′s satisfaction with the nursing process.and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
