Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of detail management on pregnancy outcome of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) assisted reproductive treatment.Methods 80 cases of PCOS in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects.They were dividev into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with detail management.The pregnancy outcome was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of pregnancy,abortion rate and pregnancy induced hypertension between two groups(P>0.05),and the rate of gestational diabetes and premature delivery in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detail management for the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome receiving reproductive treatment can increase the chance of pregnant women to help pregnant and reduce the complications of pregnancy,and the effect is significant.
