Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical experience of vaginal safe delivery of re-pregnancy puerpera after cesarean section. Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases of full-term puerpera after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected as objects.Among them,47 cases were eligible for vaginal production and were willing to perform the vaginal trial production, and 36 cases of them with successful vaginal production were enrolled in the study group and the remaining 90 puerpera with recurrent cesarean section were enrolled in the control group. The hospitalization costs, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage within 24 h (≥500 ml),puerperal morbidity, and neonatal asphyxia of two groups were compared. Results Forty-seven puerpera were eligible for vaginal trial production and were willing to perform the vaginal trial production,36 puerpera of them had successful vaginal trial production(76.6%),and no uterine rupture occurred. The hospitalization cost of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of postpartum hemorrhage within 24 h (≥500 ml)and puerperal morbidity in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the case of fully grasping the contraindications, precautions and indications of vaginal delivery after cesarean section, vaginal delivery can reduce hospitalization cost and complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
