地佐辛与喷他佐辛分别复合罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后的镇痛效果及安全性比较

摘要目的比较地佐辛与喷他佐辛分别复合罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后的镇痛效果及安全性。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的100例腰硬联合麻醉下行第1次剖宫产的单胎足月产妇作为研究对象，手术结束后即给予自控镇痛泵。将其随机分成A组和B组，每组各50例。A组产妇给予地佐辛联合罗哌卡因，B组给予喷他佐辛联合罗哌卡因。比较两组产妇术后2、6、12、24、48 h的镇痛效果、自控镇痛（PCA）按压次数及不良反应总发生率。结果两组产妇术后2、6、12、24、48 h的数字等级评定量表（NRS）评分及有效PCA按压次数比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组产妇的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论地佐辛与喷他佐辛用于术后镇痛，镇痛效果相当，不良反应发生率少，均安全有效。

Abstract：Objective To compare the analgesic effect and safety between Dezocine and Pentazocine combined with Ropivacaine after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with the full term singleton for the first cesarean section under spinal and spinal anesthesia from March 2017 to March 2018 in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as objects and the patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)was given after the operation.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was given the Dezocine combined with Ropivacaine,and Group B was given the Pentazocine combined with Ropivacaine.The analgesic effect and the number of PCA pressed at 2,6,12,24,48 h after surgery,and the total rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in numerical rating scale(NRS)scores and the number of effective PCA compressions at 2,6,12,24,and 48 h after surgery between two groups (P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of Dezocine and Pentazocine is similar,with fewer adverse reactions and effective safety.
