Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical features of patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis(HLAP)and patients with biliary pancreatitis(ABP)in Gannan Area, and improve the diagnosis and treatment of HLAP.Methods A retrospective analysis of 189 patients with AP from January 2013 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College was performed.AP patients were divided into ABP group and HLAP group according to the etiology. The patients were divided into mild acute pancreatitis subgroup and moderately severe acute pancreatitis(MAP)or severe acute pancreatitis subgroup(MSAP+SAP)according to the severity classification. The differences of Demographic characteristics and biochemical indexes between two groups were compared. Results The average age of the ABP group was higher than that in the HLAP group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The ratios of male and moderate or severe pancreatitis in HLAP group were more than that in the ABP group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of TG,glucose and D-dimer in HLAP group were higher than those in the ABP group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The plasma levels of AMS,ALT and bilirubin in ABP group were higher than those in the HLAP group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The hyperlipidemia pancreatitis mostly occur in lower age,and it more occur in male. The HLAP patients always more severe and easier develop to serve acute pancreatitis.
