气道护理对重症肺炎患儿呼吸道感染和炎性指标的影响

摘要目的探讨重症肺炎患儿给予气道护理对呼吸道感染和炎性指标的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的88例重症肺炎患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组44例。对照组患儿给予常规护理，观察组患儿在常规护理基础上给予气道护理，比较两组患儿呼吸道感染发生率以及炎性指标变化。结果观察组患儿的呼吸道感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.019，P＜0.05）。干预前，两组患儿炎性指标水平变化的比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组患儿炎性指标水平均低于干预前，且观察组患儿炎性指标水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿咳嗽、肺啰音、憋喘等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论重症肺炎患儿给予气道护理有助于降低呼吸道感染发生率及炎性指标水平，进而改善患儿临床症状。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of airway nursing on respiratory tract infection and inflammatory indexes in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 88 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 44 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given airway nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of respiratory tract infection and changes of inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of respiratory tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.019,P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of inflammatory indicators in the two groups of children were lower than those before the intervention,and the levels of inflammatory indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as cough,lung rale and dyspnea in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Airway care in children with severe pneumonia helps to reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infections and the level of inflammatory indexes,then improve the clinical symptoms of children.
