Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and pulmonary CT characteristics in children with obliterans bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 35 children with obliterans bronchiolitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected. The clinical characteristics and pulmonary CT characteristics were analyzed. Results Of the 35 cases,20.00%(7/35)was caused by premature lung injury, and 80.00%(28/35)was caused by Bacterial, virus infection. The types included 2 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,4 cases of measles virus,4 cases of mycoplasma infection,1 cases of EB virus and 6 cases of cytomegalo virus. In another 11 cases, the cause of infection was unknown.31 cases (88.57%)of bronchial wall thickening,11 cases (31.43%)of atelectasis or consolidation,24 cases (68.57%)of patchy or high point density,8 cases (22.86%)of bronchial mucus plug (25.71%),9 cases of bronchiectasis,35 cases(100.00%)of mosaic perfusion syndrome. Conclusion It is of great significance to understand the clinical characteristics of children with obliterative bronchiolitis and actively carry out CT examination, which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and improve the prognosis. In the process of diagnosis and treatment, the CT examination of the lung should be given to the children.
