Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on treating patients with nona-lcoholic fatty liver with Yigan Jiangzhi prescription.Methods A total of 136 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver treated by Yigan Jiangzhi recipe from March 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 68 cases in each group.After 6 months of treatment,the changes of liver B excess,blood fat,liver function,body weight and waist circumference in the two groups were compared.Results The B ultrasound score,waist circumference and body weight of the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in B-ultrasound score,waist circumference and weight after intervention (P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(CHOL)in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT,TG and CHOL levels between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing intervention can significantly improve the efficacy of Yigan Jiangzhi prescription in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
