活血化瘀防窄汤联合阿司匹林预防冠心病PCI术后冠脉狭窄的疗效观察

摘要目的探讨活血化瘀防窄汤联合阿司匹林预防冠心病PCI术后冠脉狭窄的疗效。方法从2015年10月～2017年10月于我院行PCI术治疗的冠心病患者中以随机抽签方法选出520例作为研究对象，将其分为观察组、对照组，每组260例。对照组患者术后给予阿司匹林进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加以活血化瘀防窄汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗后3、6个月的中医症候评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后的hs-CRP、SIL-2R水平均低于对照组，CD3+水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组术后冠脉再狭窄发生率为0.77%，低于对照组的4.62%（P<0.05）。结论活血化瘀防窄汤联合阿司匹林用于行冠心病PCI术对预防再狭窄的效果显著，同时有利于抑制患者的炎症反应和改善其临床症状。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effect of Huoxue Huayu Fangzhai Decoction and Aspirin in prevention of coronary artery stenosis in coronary heart disease after(PCI).Methods Altogether 520 patients with coronary heart disease treated with PCI from October 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected as the objects of this research by using random draw pattern and divided into the two groups,and there were 260 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Aspirin after operation while,patients in the observation group were treated with Huoxue Huayu Fangzhai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the observation group after treatment 3 and 6 months were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP and SIL-2R level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the CD3+level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of coronary restenosis in the observation group was 0.77%,which was lower than that in the control group (4.62%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect Huoxue Huayu Fangzhai Decoction and Aspirin in prevention of coronary artery stenosis in coronary heart disease after PCI is significant,and at the same time,it is beneficial to inhibit the inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
