Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of Jieyu Ointment combined with Toremifene treating cyclomastopathy due to qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm congealing.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cyclomastopathy due to qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm congealing admitted into our hospital from November 2016 to July 2017 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method,and there were 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Jieyu Ointment combined with Toremifene,while in the control group,only Toremifene was adopted.The clinical effect between the two groups was comapred.Results The total effectiveness rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting(81.67%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of breast pain,the size of mass,and the texture of mass between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above-mentioned scores in the two groups were obviously lower than those before,and there was a statistical difference of the above-mentioned scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group accounting (15.00%)and the recurrence rate of the study group was 3.33%,which lower than that in the control group (13.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Jieyu Ointment combined with Toremifene treating cyclomastopathy due to qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm congealing is better,and it can effectively relieve pain,improve the size and texture of the tumor,promote the rapid recovery of the disease,avoid recurrence and have high safety.
