乌司他丁联合胸腺法新注射液治疗脓毒症的临床效果及对C反应蛋白、降钙素原的影响

摘要目的探讨乌司他丁联合胸腺法新注射液治疗脓毒症的临床效果及对C反应蛋白（CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）的影响。方法选取2015年7月～2016年7月我院收治的70例脓毒症患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各35例。对照组患者采用乌司他丁治疗，实验组患者采用乌司他丁联合胸腺法新注射液治疗。比较两组患者的急性生理与慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ（APACHEⅡ）、CRP、PCT水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，两组患者的APACHEⅡ评分明显低于治疗前，实验组患者的APACHEⅡ评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的CRP及PCT水平明显低于治疗前，实验组患者的CRP及PCT水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组中有1例患者在治疗过程中出现不良反应，对照组有2例，经调整，患者的不良反应情况均消失，两组患者均未发生严重影响治疗的不良反应。结论乌司他丁联合胸腺法新注射液治疗脓毒症具有良好的临床效果，可有效改善患者的CRP及PCT水平。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ulinastatin combined with Thymus New Injection in the treatment of sepsis and the effects on C reactive protein (CRP)and procalcitonin (PCT).Methods From July 2015 to July 2016,a total of 70 patients with sepsis were selected as objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ulinastatin and the experimental group was treated with Ulinastatin combined with Thymus New Injection.The levels of acute physiology and chronic health scoreⅡ(APACHEⅡ),CRP,PCT and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,scores of APACHEⅡin both groups were significantly lower than those before treament,and the score of APACHEⅡof the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT in two groups were significantly lower than before treament,and the levels of CRP and PCT of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One case in the experimental group developed adverse reactions during the course of treatment,and two cases in the control group,the adverse reaction condition of patients disappeared after adjustment.There were no adverse reactions that seriously affected the treatment in both groups.ConclusionUlinastatin combined with Thymus New Injection is effective in the treatment of patients with sepsis and can significantly improve the levels of CRP and PCT of patients.
