Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP)in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research object, and were divided into control group and experimental group with 43 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing during the treatment while patients in the experimental group were given clinical nursing path mode during the treatment. The nursing satisfaction, patients'mastery of disease knowledge, hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score(8.7±1.2)of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (7.9±1.1),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the average total hospitalization expense was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for patients with peptic ulcer can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, shorten hospitalization days and reduce hospitalization expenses, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
