The value of prenatal ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance in deformity of fetal central nervous system

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance (MRI)in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformation.Methods From July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital,86 pregnant women diagnosed by ultrasound and suspected fetal central nervous system abnormalities were studied.Fetal MRI was performed within 48 hours after routine ultrasound examination an examination.Ultrasound,magnetic resonance and follow-up results were compared.Results Among 86 pregnant women,34 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound and MRI,accounting for 39.53%,45 cases were diagnosed by MRI,ccounting for 52.33%,7 cases were corrected by MRI,accounting for 8.14%.The diagnosis of side effects of MRI in the diagnosis of lateral ventricle expansion was mainly in the large occipital cistern,accounting for 28.89%and 48.89%,respectively.The main correction of MRI was in the large occipital cistern,accounting for 57.14%.Conclusion In the field of prenatal examination,prenatal ultrasound as the main examination means,with a high detection rate,and MRI has a high diagnostic value,can be used as an auxiliary ultrasound examination to confirm the supplement,prenatal diagnosis should be flexible to use,will fully demonstrate their respective advantages.
