Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the diagnostic value of MRI in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament rupture in the knee.MethodsA random sample of 80 cases of suspected anterior cruciate ligament ruptured from January 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital was compared with the results of arthroscopic examined as the“gold standard” and the results of magnetic resonance imaging were compared.ResultsArthroscopic of 160 patients,70 cases of knee anterior cruciate ligament injury was examined,90 cases of knee anterior cruciate ligament was injured,160 cases of MRI diagnosis 69 cases belong to anterior cruciate ligament of the knee was injured and 91 cases had no anterior cruciate ligament was injured. The sensitivity of MRI diagnosis was 97.14%,specificity was 98.89%,false negative was 2.86%,and false positive was 1.11%.The positive likelihood ratio was(+LR)87.51,the negative likelihood ratio was(-LR)0.029,and the Kappa value was 0.88.There was good agreement between the MRI diagnosis results and the arthroscopic diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury.ConclusionMagnetic resonance imaging technology have non-invasive and easy-to-examine advantages for knee anterior cruciate ligament injury, and have certain clinical value in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament rupture of the knee joint.
