Abstract:Objective To investigate the level changes and its diagnostic significance of serum tumor markers in patients with lung cancer. Methods The expression of NSE,CA125 and CEA in the serum samples of lung cancer group, lung cancer group and healthy control group were detected by Roche Elecsys 2010 electrochemical luminescence immunoassay, the detection results of CEA,CA125 and NSE expression in three groups of serum samples were analyzed. Results The levels of serum CEA,CA125 and NSE in lung cancer group were significantly higher than the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between benign lung disease group and healthy control group(P>0.05).The expression levels of CEA and NSE in lung adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinomawere higher than the other two groups, the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05). Therewas no significant difference in the expression level of CA125 between the three groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of CEA was 46.56%and 96.31%,higher than the other two indicators. Conclusion The expression of CEA,CA125 and NSE is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer. The expression of CEA and NSE in lung adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma are higher, and the sensitivity and specificity of CEA are higher. It can provide a reference value for the further study of lung cancer.
