福州大学城地区急性腹痛患者病因及中西医临床诊断分析研究

摘要目的分析福州大学城地区17～30岁青年急性腹痛的病因及中西医临床诊断，为临床诊断及青年学生保健提供指导。方法严格根据病例的纳入及排除标准，对福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院2015年7月～2016年12月以急性腹痛为主诉就诊的318例学生患者的病因、疼痛部位、疼痛时间、西医诊断、中医症候分型等方面进行分析研究。结果福州大学城地区青年学生急性腹痛主要为消化系统内科疾患，平均疼痛持续时间为（13.6±2.4）h；中医证型分布较为宽泛，其中以湿热积滞、饮食停滞以及气机郁滞为主。结论福州大学城地区青年学生急性腹痛与气候因素以及饮食不节（洁）所引起的内科疾患有关，病种相对单一，中医证型多为湿热积滞、饮食停滞以及气机郁滞等。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the causes of acute abdominal pain and the clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine for 17-30 year olds in the area of Fuzhou University Town,and to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and health care for young students.MethodsStrictly according to the case of inclusion and exclusion criteria,etiology,pain location,pain time,western medicine diagnosis,TCM syndrome type of 318 students with acute abdominal pain as chief complaint from July 2015 to December 2016 of the Third People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed and studied.ResultsThe acute abdominal pain of young students in the area of Fuzhou University Town was mainly the digestive system diseases,the mean duration of pain was(13.6±2.4)h.The distribution of TCM syndromes was relatively broad,mainly of damp heat accumulation and stagnation,retention of food and drink,depression and stagnation of Qi.ConclusionThe acute abdominal pain of young students in the area of Fuzhou University Town is related to the climatic factors and the medical diseases caused by improper diet,the disease is relatively single,TCM syndrome type is the type of damp heat accumulation and stagnation,retention of food and drink,depression and stagnation of Qi.
