赖氨葡锌颗粒辅助双歧杆菌三联活菌加蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果评价

摘要目的探讨赖氨葡锌颗粒辅助双歧杆菌三联活菌加蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法选取2016年10月～2017年12月我院收治的128例急性腹泻患儿作为研究对象，依照系统随机化法将其分为基础用药组和辅助用药组，每组各64例。基础用药组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌加蒙脱石散进行治疗，辅助用药组在基础用药组基础上联合赖氨葡锌颗粒进行治疗。比较分析两组患儿用药后的治疗效果、临床症状改善用时和疾病复发率。结果辅助用药组患儿的临床治疗总有效率（96.87%）高于基础用药组（84.38%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，辅助用药组患儿的排便次数正常时间、腹痛腹泻缓解时间、大便形状正常时间、大便菌群培养正常时间及大便镜检恢复时间均明显短于基础用药组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。辅助用药组患儿治疗1、2、3个月后的疾病复发率均低于基础用药组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论赖氨葡锌颗粒对小儿急性腹泻的辅助治疗作用显著，能明显提高临床疗效，患儿的各种腹泻症状改善较快，疾病复发率低，预后较好。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules assisted Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria plus Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.MethodsA total of 128 children with acute diarrhea treated in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into the basic medication group and adjuvantmedication group according to the system randomization,64 cases in each group.The basic medication group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria plus Montmorillonite Powder,and the adjuvantmedication group was treated with Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules on the basis of the basic medication group.The treatment effect,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the relapse rate of the disease in two groups of children were analyzed and compared.ResultsThe total clinical effective rate was 96.87%in the adjuvantmedication group and 84.38%in the basicmedication group,and the total effective rate in the adjuvantmedication group was higher than that in the basic medication group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the normal times of defecation,the relief time of abdominal pain and diarrhea,the normal time of stool shape,the normal time of stool culture and the recovery time of stool examination of patients in the adjuvantmedication group were significantly lower than those in the basicmedication group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rates of disease recurrence at 1,2,and 3 months after treament of patients in the adjuvantmedication group were lower than those in the basicmedication group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionCompound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules has a significant effect on the adjuvant treatment of acute diarrhea in children,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.The symptoms of various diarrhea in children are improved rapidly,the recurrence rate is low,the prognosis is good.
