优质护理在老年高血压护理中的应用价值

摘要目的研究对老年高血压患者实施优质护理的效果。方法分析我院2016年9月～2017年12月收治的50例老年高血压患者的资料，根据入院号将其分为对照组和研究组，每组各25例。对照组进行常规护理，研究组以常规护理为基础实施优质护理，比较两组生存质量、护理满意度、血压变化以及护理依从性。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组，生存质量评分高于对照组，血压低于对照组，服药依从率以及生活依从率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论老年高血压住院患者以常规护理为基础，实施优质护理，患者生存质量会被有效提高，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of quality nursing on elderly hypertensive patients.Methods The data of 50 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed.According to the admission number,they were divided into control group and study group,25 patients in each group.The control group was used for routine care.The research group was used quality care based on routine care.The quality of life,care satisfaction，blood pressure,and care compliance were campared between two groups.Results The study group had higher satisfaction with nursing than that in the control group.The quality of life score was higher than that of the control group.The blood pressure was lower than that of the control group.The medication compliance rate and life compliance rate were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inpatients with hypertension in the elderly are on the basis of routine nursing care.The quality of care will improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
