Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of CT angiography in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism in emergency department. Methods The clinical data of 20 suspected pulmonary embolism patients admitted to Emergency Department of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent CT examination, and the diagnostic effect of CT imaging was analyzed. Results The sensitivity of CT angiography was 94.44%,the detection rate was 94.44%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.00%.CT images of the diagnosis could clearly show the pulmonary artery embolism position and embolus morphology. Conclusion CT angiography has a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism.CT angiography can clearly show the embolic position and embolus morphology of patients with acute pulmonary embolism. It has obvious diagnostic advantage and clinical value for pulmonary embolism diagnosis.
