Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic multiple myomectomy. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital gynecological examination and treatment of 200 patients with multiple uterine fibroids as the observation object, using random number table method was divided into the control group and the experimental group,100 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional open surgery, while the experimental group was treated by laparoscopic myomectomy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time, anal exhaust time, bed time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the amount of bleeding in the books was less than that in the control group, and the postoperative analgesic drug utilization rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate at 12,24 months after operation, and the incidence of postoperative complications such as poor wound healing and pelvic infection in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with multiple myoma of uterus undergone laparoscopic myomectomy is helpful to reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications in a favorable effect and quick postoperative recovery.
