Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.MethodsNinety-three patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory treated in our hospital from April to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(47 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with a single antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with antibiotics.The total effective rate,effective time,medication time,the incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective time and medication time in patients of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of gynecologic pelvic inflammatory disease is better than that of single antibiotics treatment,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and it is recommend to use.
