Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of antecubital brachial artery and median nerve approach in the treatment of patients with ulna coracoid process fracture. Methods 42 patients with ulna coracoid process fracture treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled as research objects.According to the random number table method, they were evenly divided into the control group(21 cases)and the observation group(21 cases). The control group was treated medial approach, and the observation group was treated with antecubital brachial artery and median nerve approach. The therapeutic effectiveness rate, operation time, intraoperative amount of bleeding, postoperative volume of drainage, healing time of bone fracture, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effectiveness rate in the observation group was 95.23%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 71.43%,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The indexes of operation time, healing time of bone fracture in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, intraoperative amount of bleeding, postoperative volume of drainage in the observation group was less than that in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group accounting for 28.57%,which was displayed a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ulna coracoid process fractures, application of antecubital brachial artery and median nerve approach can obtain a remarkable effect by greatly increasing the cure rate and reducing the clinical adverse reaction, which is worthy of promotion.
