Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of double-slice spiral CT combined with X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods86 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected, who were used double-row spiral CT examination and X-ray examination. The diagnostic value of single diagnosis and combined diagnosis of the two examinations were compared, and the imaging features of lumbar disc herniation were summarized.ResultsCT examination showed that there were 12 cases of lumbar disc L3-4,46 cases of lumbar disc L4-5and 28 cases of lumbar disc L5-S1.Compared with the results of surgery, the coincidence rates of CT diagnosed as extralateral lumbar, pass, lateral and central type were 85.7%,88.9%,96.6%,100.0%respectively.X-ray examination showed that there were 7 cases of lumbar disc L3-4,19 cases of lumbar disc L4-5and 11 cases of lumbar disc L5-S1.Compared with the postoperative results, the coincidence rate of double-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film examination was 100.0%,96.5%for CT examination and 43.0%for X-ray film examination,of which the combined diagnosis was obviously higher than those of single CT and X-ray plain film, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe diagnostic accuracy of double-slice spiral CT combined with X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation is significantly higher than those of the single diagnostic accuracy, with higher clinical application value.
