Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the application effect of painless anesthesia combined with psychological induction on pediatric dental fear.Methods300 children were accepted painless anesthesia at Shaoguan Stomatological Hospital ranging from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,painless anesthesia and psychological induction (group A),traditional manual needle injection and psychological induction (group B),and traditional manual needle injection alone (group C),100 cases in each group.The degree of pain and anesthesia effect among three groups in the course of treatment were compared.ResultsAmong three groups,the pain index of group A was(0.37±0.18)cm,which was significantly lower than that of group B of(2.53±0.41)cm and(4.98±0.73)cm in group C (P<0.05).The anesthetic effective rate in the group A was 86%,better than that of 45%in group B and 12%in group C (P<0.05).ConclusionIn the process of painless anesthesia,combination of psychological induction can significantly reduce the degree of fear in children,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further application and promotion.
