Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlation between plasma homocysteine(Hcy)and hydrogen sulfide(H2S)levels in patients with type H hypertension and the incidence of migraine. Methods 54 patients with type H hypertension (simple hypertension group),39 patients with type H hypertension (hypertension combined with migraine group)and 40 healthy subjects (control group),who accepted treatments in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects. Then, the plasma levels of Hcy and H2S of three groups of patients were detected and compared by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and de protein methods, and correlation analysis of plasma Hcy and H2S with migraine by Spearman correlation analysis. Results The difference of plasma Hcy and H2S levels among three groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The plasma Hcy level in the hypertension combined with migraine group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05),H2S level was significantly lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05);the plasma Hcy level in the simple hypertension group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of H2S was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of plasma Hcy and H2S and migraine were analyzed by the linear correlation, and Hcy level was positively associated with migraine (r=0.209,P=0.007),and H2S level was positively associated with migraine (r=0.342,P=0.001).Conclusion The incidence of migraine in patients with type H hypertension is related to the abnormal Hcy and H2S levels, and it can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of disease.
