Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of top-quality course construction in nursing training.Methods 190 nurses of our hospital were selected as the research objects from April 2014 to June 2016.According to the random number grouping method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,and there were 95 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing knowledge and skills training,while the experimental group received high-quality courses for nursing training.The training effect of nursing staff and satisfaction degree of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The demand of nursing staff for training,the nursing knowledge accounted for 26.32%,communication skills accounted for 28.42%,practical operation accounted for 21.05%,and new nursing methods accounted for 24.21%.The score of theoretical knowledge,communication skills,practical operation and nursing method in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the nursing staff in the experimental group was 95.79%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.89%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Developing the top-quality course of nursing can effectively improve the training effect and satisfaction degree of nursing staff,enhance the enthusiasm of nursing staff,improve the overall professional quality of nursing staff,and it can provide a guarantee to improve the quality of clinical care and patient safety.
