Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of 3%hypertonic saline combined with Budesonide Inhalation on capillary bronchitis.MethodsTotally 250 cases of children with capillary bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to odd or even of the hospital bed last one number,each group has 125 cases.During hospitalization,children were both given anti-infection,cough and symptomatic treatment.The therapy group was treated with 3%hypertonic saline 2 ml cmobined with 0.5 mg Budesonide Inhalation the control group was treated with 0.9%saline solution 2 ml combined with 0.5 mg of Budesonide Inhalation.The wheezing remission time,moist crackles disappearance time and the length of hospital stay between the two groups were compared.The treatment effect of 7 d was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe wheezing remission time,moist crackles disappearance time and the length of hospital stay of children in the therapy group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total treatment effective rate in the therapy group(97.00%)was higher than that in the control group(88..00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of 3%hypertonic saline combined with Budesonide Inhalation therapy in the treatment of capillary bronchitis in children is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
