Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sufentanil combined with Dezocine in the postoperative analgesia of secondary cesarean section.MethodsFrom February 2015 to February 2016,56 puerperae after second cesarean section admitted into our hospital were selected.By a random number table method, they were divided into group A(n=30)and group B(n=26).In group A,Sufentanil combined with Dezocinewas used for postoperative analgesia, while in group B,Onlydezocine was applied. The visual analogue scale (VAS)score after analgesia and incidence rate of adverse reactions in puerperae were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe oral pain and VAS score in group A were both lower than that in group B,with statistical differences (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in group A was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that in group B accounting for 23.07%,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of Sufentanil combined with Dezocinefor postoperative analgesia can effectively decrease the VAS scorein puerperae after second cesarean section, alleviate the postoperative painful sensation, and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical value.
