ObjectiveTo analyze the influence of nursing intervention on surgical treatment of diaphyseal fracture of radius and ulna.Methods48 diaphyseal fracture of radius and ulna patients from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected,and were divided into two groups according to random number method,each group was 24 cases.The control group were receivedroutine nursing intervention,while the observation group were received additional comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.ResultsAfter the intervention，the limb swelling value,pain score,limb function in two groups were compared at different time,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The postoperative fracture function and fracture efficacy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of diaphyseal fracture of radius and ulna,the use of comprehensive nursing intervention has good curative effect,which effective to get rid of limb swelling,pain,accelerate healing and limb function recovery.It is worth promotion in clinical treatment.
