Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of contraction lip abdominal breathing training on the comfort of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods60 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into experimental group (30 cases)and control group(30 cases),according to randomized controlled trial.Rutine nursing care was performed before operation in the two groups. The experimental group was given further contraction lip abdominal breathing training.Throat pain, analgesic use, nocturnal sleep sleep situation, drinking water and comfort between the two groups after operation were observed.ResultsThe postoperative throat pain in experimental group was shorter than the in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nocturnal sleep time was longer than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analgesic use and water consumption were significantly reduced than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPreoperative master contraction lips abdominal breathing and can be effectively used in postoperative can alleviate postoperative throat pain, prolonged nocturnal sleep time, reduce the amount of drinking water,so as to increase the comfort of the patients.
