Abstract:ObjectiveTo incestigate the clinical application effect of fetal systematic ultrasound examinationand obstetric routine ultrasound examination.MethodsFrom January 2015 to January 2017,360 pregnant women who were examined in our hospital were selected as subjects and evenly divided into observation group (n=180)and reference group(n=180)in random. The pregnant women in the observation group were provided with ultrasound examination of the fetal system, those participants in the reference group were provided with obstetric routine ultrasound examinations. The inspection outcomes were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere were 332 normal fetuses and 28 cases of abnormal fetuses. In the observation group,8 cases of malformation fetus were detected from 10 cases, the detection rate was 80%,while in the control group,12 cases of malformation fetus were detected from 18 cases, the detection rate of 66.67%,and the detection rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the total satisfaction in the examination method and results of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe detection results by fetal systematic ultrasound examination in pregnant women are better than those of routine ultrasound examination, which can accurately observe the development of the fetus, increase the satisfaction of the pregnant women, and reduce the conflicts between doctors and patients. It is worthy of promotion in future.
