Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of balloon abdominal pressure belt in natural childbirth.MethodsA total of 180 pregnant women who were in natural delivery in the department of obstetrics in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into three groups,60 cases in each group.Group A was given abdominal pressure increasing midwifery device, group B was not given midwifery device for increasing abdominal pressure in the two courses of uterine construction, and group C was not given abdominal pressure increasing midwifery device. The changes in vital signs, neonatal Apgar score, bleeding volume, the duration of the second and third trimesters and the time of head visible on vulval gapping of three groups were compared.ResultsThe heart rate, respiration, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and SpO2in 2 hours after delivery of three groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The neonatal Apgar scores of three groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The bleeding volume in the third trimester, bleeding volume upon delivery of placenta, and the postpartum bleeding volume in 2 hours after delivery in group A were less than those in group B,the indexes of group B were less than group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of the second trimester, the duration of the third trimester and the time of head visible on vulval gapping in group A were significantly less than those in group B,and the indexes of group B were significantly less than group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe multi-functional balloong abdominal pressure belt used in natural childbirth can speed up the duration of the second and third trimester, reduce the labor time and postpartum bleeding volume, and reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage. It has no significant adverse effects on maternal and infantile vital signs, with a positive clinical significance.
