Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of systematic perioperative nursing measures in elderly patients with gallstones.MethodsA total of 86 elderly patients with gallstones were enrolled in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017.By a random number table,these patients were evenly divided into research group and control group,43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with general nursing measures,while in the research group,the systematic perioperative nursing measure was used.The time of being off bed,discharge time,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were comapred.ResultsIn the research group,the time of being off bed[(31.58±6.33)d]and discharge time[(8.42±2.09)d]were shorter than those in the control group[(53.74±7.10)d,(12.73±2.88)d],the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the research group,the therapeutic effective rate(97.67%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications(4.65%)and nursing satisfaction(97.67%)in the research group were higher than those in the control group(18.60%,83.72%)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionApplication of the comprehensive perioperative nursing measures in the elderly patients with gallstones can obtain an optimal effect and effectively promote patient′s recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
