Abstract：ObjectiveThe explore the effect of PDCA cycle applied in risk control management,to provide the basis for clinical nursing management.MethodsPDCA cycle was appliedin risk control managementby the interventional treatment center from June 2015 to June 2016.The score of nursing quality (including nursing management,specialist nursing,safety management,hospital infection,education and training 5 indicators),department performance evaluation score and patient satisfaction score were compared before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle.ResultsNursing quality score after PDCA implementation(such as nursing management,specialized nursing,safety management,hospital infection and education training)were significantly higher than those before PDCA implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The performance evaluation score and satisfaction degree score of patients were higher than those before the implementation of PDCA,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of PDCA cycle can effectively improve the quality of risk control management,improve the performance and patients′satisfaction degree of the department,and ensure the quality and safety of nursing.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
