Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the cognition status of puerperal health care related knowledge and the factors affecting maternal cognition status,and to provide a strong basis and reference for the implementation of clinical nursing work.Methods89 puerperal women from May 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as objects of this observation.The cognition status of related knowledge of health care knowledge,breast feeding rate,neonatal care knowledge awareness,activity time,balanced nutrition diet,maternal self recovery nursing were investigated,and the influence of the understanding of health knowledge on personal condition was analyzed.ResultsThere was significant difference in the knowledge of puerperal health care knowledge between different age groups(P＜0.05).The awareness of maternal health knowledge was higher in women with high educational level than that of women with low educational level,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The awareness rate of maternal health care in urban areas was better than that in rural women,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The awareness of health knowledge among the parturients was obviously superior to that of primipara,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionMaternal awareness of puerperal health knowledge is mainly affected by maternal age,number of deliveries,cultural level and urban and rural living environment,maternal health education should be taken according to the actual situation to improve maternal health knowledge awareness rate.
