Study on method for determination of Qingyanhou Oral Solution

Abstract：Objective To establish a identifition method for the major components of Forsythiae Fructus,Scutellariae Radix and Rehmanniae Radix in Qingyanhou Oral Solution.Methods The major components of Forsythiae Fructus and Scutellariae Radix in Qingyanhou Oral Solution were determined by TLC.The major components of Rehmanniae Radix in Qingyanhou Oral Solution were determined by HPLC.Results The results showed that Baicalin,Baicalein,Wogonin and Forsythia Glycosides in Forsythiae Fructus and Scutellariae Radix were clearly detected and were well separated by TLC.Acteoside Kusaginin and Catalpa Alcohol in Rehmanniae Radix were detected at different wavelengths by HPLC.Conclusion The method can be readily utilized as a identifition method for the major components in Qingyanhou Oral Solution.It can be a quality standard of Qingyanhou Oral Solution.
