Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of whole-course nursing intervention on eradicating Helicobacter pylori by sequential therapy. Methods From May 2014 to November 2015,140 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection treated with sequential therapy in our hospital were selected and they were divided into the control group (n=70)and observation group (n=70)according to the random number table method. In the control group, routine nursing for digestive system diseases was used, while in the observation group, the whole-course nursing intervention was applied. The total treatment time, the incidence of adverse reactions, the nursing satisfaction degree and the total effective rate between the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.3%)was lower than that of the control group(20.0%)with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree during treatment in the observation group(94.3%)was higher than that of the control group(75.7%)with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group (91.4%)was higher than that of the control group(72.9%)with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention for patients with Helicobacter pylori during the sequential therapy can shorten the treatment time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve nursing satisfaction degree and treatment effect.
