Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of predictive nursing intervention in postoperative rehabilitation of hepatolithiasis complicated with cholangiocarcinoma. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,88 patients with hepatolithiasis complicated with cholangiocarcinoma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 patients in each group. The control group underwent routine hepatobiliary surgery nursing and the observation group received predictive nursing intervention. The adverse reaction cases, postoperative anal exhaust time, leave bed activity time, hospitalization time, the satisfaction of nursing service during surgical treatment of hepatolithiasis complicated with cholangiocarcinoma,VAS,SDS,SAS scores before and after nursing intervention of patients in the two groups were compared. Results There were only 2 cases(4.5%)of adverse reactions during the perioperative period of the observation group, less than 9 cases(20.5%)in the control group, and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time, leave bed activity time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing service of the observation group(95.5%)was less than that in the control group(79.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS,SDS and SAS scores were comparedbeforeandofthetwogroups,andthedifferencesweresignificant(P<0.05).Theindexscores of the patientsintheobservation group were compared with the control group after nursing intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hepatolithiasis complicated with cholangiocarcinoma predictive nursing intervention after surgical treatment can shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the adverse reaction and control pain. The patient can maintain peace of mind and achieve the aim of improving the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction.
