Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with calculous cholecystitis during perioperative period. Methods 120 patients with calculous cholecystitis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was given evidence-based nursing, while control group only received general clinical nursing. The incidence of complications, patients′ psychological status and patients′ and their families′satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The post-nursing SAS and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).The patients′ satisfaction degree with medical staff of observation group pre-,intra-and post-operation were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing applied in patients with calculous cholecystitis during the perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, make the patients maintain a good state of mind and improve their satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
