Clinical effect analysis of cervical intervertebral disc rep lacement combined with anterior cervical fusion in the treatment of three-segment cervical spondylosis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of cervical intervertebral disc replacement combined with anterior cervical fusion on treating three-segment cervical spondylosis.M ethods58 patients with three-segment cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected.According to the odd and even admission order,they were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group,29 cases in each group.In the control group,cervical intervertebral disc replacementwas performed,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,anterior cervical fusion surgery was added.The clinical therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.ResultsThe excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of JOA,NDIand Nurick in the two groups after treatmentwas better than that before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of JOA,NDIand Nurick in the observation group after treatmentwas better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of cervical intervertebral disc replacement and anterior cervical fusion surgery in the treatment of three-segment cervical spondylosis can obtain an excellent clinical effect,which isworthy of extensive promotion in clinic.
