普外科护士术前查阅手术图谱在患者围术期的临床应用

摘要目的探讨普外科护士术前查阅手术图谱对患者术前宣教效果的影响。方法选择我院2016年1月～2017年2月收治的普外科围术期患者80例，采用随机数字表法，将其分成实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组责任护士按常规方式进行术前宣教，实验组责任护士在常规基础上增加术前查阅手术图谱进行术前宣教。比较两组护士专科能力、患者依从性、生活自理能力评分、医生满意度。结果实验组护士解剖知识、宣教能力、患者依从性、医生总满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组术后48、72、96 h的ADL评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论普外科护士术前查阅手术图谱进行术前宣教提升了护士专科技能，提高了患者依从性和医师满意度。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of preoperative consultation of surgicalmap by the nurses in the Department of General Surgery in the patients during preoperative period.M ethods80 patients during perioperative period who were admitted to the Department of General Surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected.The random number table was applied to divide the patients into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.In the control group,routine preoperative teaching methods was carried out by the responsible nurses,and in the experimental group further applied preoperative consultation of surgicalmap for preoperative teaching was carried on the basis of routine teaching.The nurses′professional ability,patients′compliance,self-care ability score,and doctor satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe anatomical knowledge,teaching ability,patients′compliance and total doctor satisfaction were significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ADL scores of the experimental group 48,72,96 h after surger were higher than those of the contorl group,the diferenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionPreoperative consultation of surgical map for preoperative teaching by the nurses in the Department of General Surgery is able to improve the professional skills of the nurses,and improve patient′s compliance and doctor satisfaction.
