中药坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果

摘要目的探讨中药坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月～2016年6月来我院就诊的68例资料完整的卵巢早衰患者的临床治疗情况。将2012年1月～2014年12月就诊的33例患者作为激素组，单纯应用激素替代疗法；将2015年1月～2016年6月就诊的35例患者作为联合组，在激素组的基础上加服坤泰胶囊，比较两组治疗前、后的性激素FSH、E2水平及临床效果。结果两组治疗3个月后及停药3个月后的K评分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组治疗3个月后及停药3个月后的K评分均显著低于激素组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组治疗3个月后及停药3个月后的E2水平高于治疗前及对照组，FSH水平低于治疗前及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组的总显效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组的治愈率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰能够明显改变患者的雌激素状况，改善临床症状，提高疗效。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Kuntai Capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.MethodsThe clinical data integrity of 68 cases with premature ovarian failure treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively,and 33 patients treated from January 2012 to December 2014 were treated as the hormone group,and hormone replacement therapy was used only;35 patients treated from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the combined group,and they were added to Kuntai Capsule on the basis of the hormone group.The levels of sex hormone FSH,E2and clinical effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThe K scores of the two groups after treatment at 3 months and 3 months after the withdrawal was significantly lower than that before treatment,with signifiacnt difference (P＜0.05).The K scores of the combined group after treatmeng at 3 months and 3 months after the withdrawal was significantly lower than that of the hormone group,with signifiacnt difference(P＜0.05).The level of E2in the combined group after treatment at 3 months and 3 months after the withdrawal was higher than that before treatment and the control group,and the level of FSH in the combined group after treatment at 3 months and 3 months after the withdrawal was lower than that before treatment and in the control group,with signifiacnt difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total apparent efficiency(P＞0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate (P＜0.05).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine Kuntai Capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure can improve patients′serum sex hormones levels and the clinical symptoms,achieve good curative effect.
