宫腹腔镜治疗输卵管积水的临床效果

摘要目的探讨宫腹腔镜治疗输卵管积水的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月～2015年10月我院收治的104例育龄期妇女患者作为研究对象，采用随机抽签分组方法分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=64）。观察组行腹腔镜下输卵管造口术，对照组行腹腔镜下输卵管切除术。比较两组的总有效率和妊娠结局[包括宫内妊娠、异位妊娠、自然宫内妊娠、体外受精联合胚胎移植技术（IVF）]以及复发率。结果两组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组的自然宫内妊娠、异位妊娠、IVF比率及复发率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组宫内妊娠与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论宫腹腔镜治疗输卵管积水可提高术后妊娠率，改善妊娠结局，值得临床实施。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy-laparoscopy in the treatment of hydrosalpinx.MethodsFrom January 2011 to October 2015,104 cases of women with reproductive age in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=64)by random lottery grouping method.The observation group was given laparoscopic salpingostomy,the control group was given laparoscopic salpingectomy.The total effectiveness,the pregnancy outcome[including uterine pregnancy,ectopic gestation,natural intrauterine pregnancy and in vitro fertilization embryo transfer technology(IVF)],and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effectiveness in the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).The proportion of natural intrauterine pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy,IVF ratio and recurrence rate in the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically (P＜0.05).Comparison results of uterine pregnancy in observation group and control group showed that difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe uterine hysteroscopy-laparoscopy treatment of hydrosalpinx can improve the postoperative pregnancy rate and improve the outcome of pregnancy,which is worth the clinical practice.
