Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the nursing experience of 41 cases of large-volume cerebral metastases who underwent SBRT.Methods41 cases of large-volume cerebral metastases who were treated with SBRT in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group(21 cases)and observation group(20 cases). The control group was treated with SBRT,while, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care in the process of SBRT,the treatment results of two groups were compared.ResultsThe treatment efficiency rate of observation group was 100.0%,better than that of control group of 71.4%;the adverse effects rate of observation group was 10.0%, significantly lower than that of control group (42.9%);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.0%,higher than that of control group (71.4%),with significant differences(P<0.05).ConclusionAdministration of comprehensive nursing care to patients with large-volume cerebral metastases during SBRT improves the therapeutic effect and patients′nursing satisfaction, and reduces the risk of adverse reactions, which should be popularized in clinical practice.
