早期综合康复训练在膝关节周围骨折术后的应用效果

摘要目的探讨早期综合康复训练在膝关节周围骨折术后的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月～2016年5月在本院行膝关节周围骨折术的患者82例进行研究，采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组，各41例，对照组患者采用常规康复方法，在此基础上，观察组患者应用早期综合康复训练方法，比较两组患者锻炼效果，评价指标包括治疗有效率、膝关节活动范围和膝关节功能。结果研究组患者治疗有效率为92.68%，高于对照组的75.61%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.48，P＜0.05）；研究组患者膝关节ROM为（100.35±5.47）°、Lysholm评分为（84.29± 4.42）分，与对照组（76.38±6.11）°、（62.45±4.70）分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论尽早对膝关节周围骨折术患者进行综合康复训练，能促进患者膝关节功能尽快恢复。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation training in postoperative fracture of knee joint.Methods82 patients who conducted fracture of knee joint from May 2014 to May 2015 were studied and divided into study group and control group,according to random number table,41 cases in each group.The control group was used routine rehabilitation method,and the observation group was used early comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of control group.Exercise effect in observation group and control group was compared and analyzed.Evaluztion indexs liked treatment effective rate,range of knee joint motion and knee joint function were included.ResultsThe treatment effective rate in study group was 92.68%,higher than that of 75.61%in control group,the difference was significant(χ2=4.48,P＜0.05);the knee joint ROM and Lysholm score in study group were respectively (100.35±5.47)°and(84.29±4.42)scores,had large difference with those were respectively(76.38±6.11)°and(62.45±4.70) scores in control group,the differences were significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionUsing early comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients with knee joint fractures as soon as possible can promote the recovery of knee function.
