Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 88 patients from November 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital who were analyzed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,44 cases in each group,the control group was received routine nursing care,while the intervention group was received early nursing intervention, nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results The operation effect of the intervention group was significantly better than that of control group,postoperative anxiety scores of the intervention group and the control group were (45.67±3.28)scores and(77.01±4.25)scores,the time of hospital stay were(3.38±0.98)d and(5.52±1.05)d,the differences were significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of the intervention group of complication was 6.82%,significantly lower than that of control group′s 22.73%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of intervention group was 90.91%,significantly higher than that of control group of 70.45%(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,early nursing intervention can significantly improve the effect of surgical treatment,postoperative recovery of patients with important significance,which is suitable for clinical use.
