Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of Decitabine combined with pre-excitation regimen in the treatment of senile myelodysplastic syndrome.Methods55 elderly patients with myelodysplastic syndrome who were admitted into our hospital from June 2012 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects. All patients were numbered and randomly divided into two groups, and there were 30 patients in the control group, and 25 patients in the observation group. The patients in the control group were given pre-excitation regimen, while the observation group was given Decitabine combined with pre-excitation regimen. The clinical efficacy of patients between the two groups after treatment were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.67%)and the observation group had a better curative effect(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as impaired liver function, thrombocytopenia and granulocytopenia in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionClinical effect of Decitabine combined with pre-excitation regimen in the treatment of senile myelodysplastic syndrome has a significant effect, which is helpful to eliminate the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible, and has an important clinical value.
