Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Montmorillonite Powder and Sucralfate Tablets in the treatment of neonatal paroxysmal syndrome.MethodsFrom December 2014 to December 2016,90 children with neonatal psoriasis who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group (n=45).The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder, the observation group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder and Sucralfate Tablets. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, the incidence of vomiting and further gastric lavage of the two groups were compared.ResultsIn the observation group, the total effective rate was 97.8%,the incidence of vomiting was 4.4%,the incidence of gastric lavage was 2.2%,which was significantly different from that of the control group (84.4%,17.8%,13.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of Montmorillonite Powder and Sucralfate Tablets in the treatment of neonatal swallowing syndrome is effective, which can effectively reduce the incidence of recurrent vomiting and gastric lavage again, and has high clinical value.
